Our story began not in a bustling bakery, but in the cozy kitchen of a dedicated nurse and loving mother and grandmother whose pure joy in life was cooking the most delicious meals for her family and friends. ​
It was a simple yet profound moment that sparked this journey: a son’s heartfelt encouragement, “Mom, it's not right that you don't share this with the world.” Inspired by his words and driven by a deep love for baking and cooking for anyone that came around, the cherished sourdough recipes from family gatherings were introduced to a wider audience. And thus,

Born in Italy and raised by Croatian immigrant parents, there developed a deep appreciation for wholesome living.
